Silvio closed his first property deal for his clients back in 1999 while working with one of Malta’s leading agencies. Silvio won various awards, with the most prestigious being the ‘Best Negotiator of the year’ in 2000. In 2003, Silvio then kick started the process of freelancing in the real estate industry and has since grown to be one of Malta’s most trusted traditional brokers / sensar.

Charging the commission of 1% plus VAT from each side on a sale, half of the 1st month rent plus VAT from each side on letting of a residential property and 1 month rent plus VAT from each side on letting of a Commercial property.
